1. About Mannva

Mannva is an India-focused mobile app for safe, respectful conversation with verified partners. It supports chat, paid voice and video calls, an in-app coin wallet, and coin gifts. It is not a dating app. Android availability is coming soon; joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a launch date.

2. Your account and conduct

Sign-in uses a phone number and OTP. Keep your sign-in details private and provide accurate profile information. Respect other participants’ boundaries. Harassment, threats, impersonation, fraud, and unlawful content have no place on Mannva.

Users can block and report others. Reports can lead to moderation action. Partner verification does not guarantee a participant’s conduct or suitability. Minimum age, eligibility checks, account restrictions, and any appeal process must be specified in the final terms.

3. Coins, calls, and gifts

Paid voice and video calls are priced per minute and paid using coins from your in-app wallet. Gifts also use coins. Payments are processed through Razorpay.

Before paid access: publish the coin purchase price, partner call rates, billing increments and rounding, treatment of interrupted calls, coin validity, and cancellation and refund rules with processing timelines. These details must be shown clearly before a purchase or paid session. This draft does not establish a no-refund rule or remove any consumer rights.

4. Partners and payouts

Verified partners earn from paid call minutes and gifts and receive payouts to their bank account. The partner agreement must separately set out revenue shares, fees, taxes, verification requirements, payout timing, any minimum threshold, and dispute handling. This draft does not guarantee a particular income.

5. Privacy and support

6. Joining the waitlist

The waitlist button opens your email app with a prefilled subject. Your request is sent only when you send that email. No payment is collected on this website. You can ask to leave the waitlist at any time by emailing founder@mannva.in.

7. Indian law and final terms

The intended governing law is applicable Indian law, with disputes handled by competent Indian courts and authorities, subject to statutory rights. The operator’s legal identity, address, grievance contact, and dispute process must be confirmed in the final terms.
